Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment with MINT BRONZE & BEAUTY, that time is reserved for you. When cancelling less than 24 hours of your appointment, we are unlikely to fill that appointment time on such short notice. We understand things happen, but we provide you with our time in exchange for an income.

  • Any cancellation less than 24 hours in advance of an appointment time will be noted in your profile.

  • For Cancellation inside of the 24-hour window, you will be charged 50% of the total service price.

  • No shows and cancellation within 3 hours of your scheduled service will be charged 100% of the service price.

  • Regardless of what time it may be, you may cancel online through your web-portal.

  • Deposits are refundable, less the payment transaction fee of 4%, if appointments are canceled 24 or more hours ahead of time.

  • ALL BOOKINGS ARE PRESUMED TO AGREE TO THIS POLICY.

 

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time, even by a few minutes, we may or may not be able to provide your service based on our schedule. PLEASE TEXT us if you know you are going to be late so we can try to accommodate you. Your punctuality affects the service we are able to provide to you and everyone following you that day, and we will not put ourselves behind schedule in order to accommodate you. If we are unable to reschedule you, you will be charged a late cancellation fee.

Return Policy

​Returns within 30 days are accepted and subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items that have been opened or used will not be accepted for return. In the event of damaged items, we will evaluate the extent of the damage and offer store credit or a replacement for the lost product volume. Damaged items may need to be returned before a resolution is initiated. Bottles must have an intact protective seal without any evidence of tampering. Additionally, bottles and labels must be undamaged and in unused, good condition. If you return an item that originally qualified for "free shipping," the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund. The customer is responsible for acquiring their own USPS Return Label. Should 30 days elapse from the date of your purchase, your order will be considered outside the designated return policy period, rendering you ineligible for a return or refund. It is crucial to promptly reach out to us to coordinate and schedule the return of your product within this timeframe. Please be aware that reimbursement can only be assured if the products reach our facility within 30 days of the purchase date.
