If that's not possible, aim for at least 24 hours before to allow the tan to fully develop. (For example, avoid tanning late at night if your event is the next morning.) For vacations or multi-day events, tan as close to your departure as possible so it lasts through the entire trip. We use rapid solutions, which require specific rinse times but still take 24 hours to fully develop: Light tan: Rinse after 1–2 hours Medium tan: Rinse after 3–4 hours Dark tan: Rinse after 5+ hours Please keep these timing guidelines in mind when booking, especially if you'll need a shower soon after your appointment. Last Updated: January 1st, 2026 Cancellation Policy When you book an appointment with MINT BRONZE & BEAUTY, that time is reserved for you. When cancelling less than 24 hours of your appointment, we are unlikely to fill that appointment time on such short notice. We understand things happen, but we provide you with our time in exchange for an income. Any cancellation less than 24 hours in advance of an appointment time will be noted in your profile. For Cancellation inside of the 24-hour window, you will be charged 80%-100% of the total service price. No shows and cancellation within 6 hours of your scheduled service will be charged 100% of the service price. Regardless of what time it may be, you may cancel online through your web portal, prior to the 24 hour window. Accidental package or memberships are refundable within 24 hours of purchase, less the payment transaction fee of 4%, ALL BOOKINGS ARE PRESUMED TO AGREE TO THIS POLICY. Late Arrival Policy If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time, even by a few minutes, we may or may not be able to provide your service based on our schedule.
