Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be done through your online portal. Please log into your account and cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled session to avoid a cancellation or no-show fee equivalent of your deposit or $30, which ever is greater. Deposits are refundable, less the credit card transaction of $2.30, if appointments are canceled 24 or more hours ahead of time.
