Cancellation policy-

When you book an appointment with us, that time is reserved and no other booking can take place during your time slot. When cancelling in less than 24 hours of your appointment, we are unlikely to fill that appointment time on such short notice. We understand things happen, but we provide a service that requires time and bookings in order to make a living. 

  • Any cancellation less than 24 hours in advance of appointment time will be noted in your profile.

  • You will be charged a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.

  • No shows will be charged the full service price for the missed appointment. So PLEASE, call us if you cannot make your appointment.

  • Regardless of what time it may be, you may cancel online through your profile or confirmation email, as well as by call or text.

  • ALL BOOKINGS ARE PRESUMED TO AGREE TO THIS POLICY.

 

Late arrival policy-

If you late for your scheduled appointment time, even by a few minutes, we may or may not be able to provide your booked service based on our schedule. PLEASE CALL if you know you are going to be late so we can try to reschedule, if needed. Our appointments are scheduled back-to-back throughout the entire day in 20 minute sessions. Your punctuality effects the service we are able to provide to you and everyone following you that day. We will not put ourselves behind schedule in order to accommodate any client and you will be charged a late cancellation fee, as well.
